Communications

The Communications Committee is the public face of Singles on Sailboats.  This committee develops and implements strategies to ensure the Club's message reaches the community, current and potential members and volunteers.  By developing materials, communicating with the media and providing support to standing committees, the Communications Committee raises the community's awareness of the Club and increases the participation of the Club's members.

Small local newspapers, community newsletters, or other small publications are most likely to publish media releases, articles and photographs about SOS.  Any organization or business connected with the sailing community is usually receptive to us.
