2-A Sailing FUNdamentals

Rick uses inventive ways to associate things we learned in elementary school with the art and science of sailing. This class will teach the fundamentals of how a boat sails, points of sail  and the sailing environment (wind and water).

3-A Medical Emergencies on the Water

What to do when an unexpected medical emergency happens. Who to call, how to call and how to stop the bleeding.

Topics: Give-way and stand-on vessels, lights, shapes and sounds, with an emphasis on situations we encounter on the Chesapeake Bay.
