The Fit Sailor
A fun look at physical training skills needed for safe sailing and cruising with explanation and demonstration of easy exercises, a fitness routine, and a fun workout regimen (earn your Happy Hour!) for crew and skippers. The session will be posted online so that the training demonstration may be easily retrieved and followed on a regular basis.
