- Discussion of proposed bylaw changes
     Amendment to allow electronic voting for board and general member meetings.
     Amendment to restructure membership dues.

Copies of the officer and committee reports and copies of proposed bylaw changes will be sent, via email, to all members not later than 10 days prior to the meeting. Questions must be submitted electronically not later than 5 days prior to the meeting. Those questions will be answered at the meeting.
